Gillian Kemmis
As a senior facilitator with axis, Gillian has been involved in the design and delivery of training and consulting services to a wide range of organisations in the public and private sectors since 1992.
Recent clients include AGL, Bayer Health Care, British Telecom, Bovis Lend Lease, and several local and state government organisations, providing coaching and training in leadership and team development.
Gillian's warm, empathic and persuasive style makes her an effective coach, inspiring individuals to enhance their effectiveness through personal change.
A graduate of Sydney University, Gillian completed a post-graduate diploma in Psychology focusing on organisational psychology, and has also completed post-graduate work in Marketing.
Gillian is accredited as an executive coach and to facilitate Train the Trainer, DiSC Behaviour Model, Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and is an accredited consultant in all of Human Synergistics International materials.
Robin Bradfield
Robin is an experienced practitioner, accredited with the DiSC Behaviour Model, Situational Leadership II, Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Team Management Systems and Conflict Resolution Skills. He has over ten years experience as an accredited consultant of all Human Synergistics International individual, team and organisational development materials.
Robin has qualifications in Personal Management, Training & Development and Marketing, and is currently undertaking a Masters of Business Administration with Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
Since founding axis people development in 1991, Robin has worked with an extensive range of client organisations to facilitate measurable, positive growth at team member, leader and organisational levels. His approachable style and experience has led to many long-term relationships with his clients, with a proven record of achievement in effecting changed behaviour.
Beginning his career in the telecommunications industry and working in several countries, Robin has worked in numerous management roles, giving him valuable business experience.
